City leaders and developers are betting on more retail, housing, and hospitality near AT&T Stadium and UT Arlington, changes that could affect where you shop, work, and play.
   

2. Arlington Police Seek Man Accused of Trying to Film Under Teenage Girl's Skirt at Store (newsbreak.com) — Arlington police are asking residents to help identify a man who allegedly tried to secretly film under a teenage girl's skirt at a local store using a hidden camera in a bag. The suspect left before officers arrived, and investigators haven't released the store's name or incident date. Anyone with information can contact an Arlington detective or submit an anonymous Crime Stoppers tip.
   

3. Arlington ISD offers free early learning classes for babies, toddlers. What to know (star-telegram.com) — Arlington ISD is offering free Infant Time and Toddler Time classes to help local parents support their babies' and toddlers' development long before pre-K. Held at campuses including Kooken Education Center, sessions cover milestones, learning activities, and even safe sleep practices, and are open to community members with children from birth to age three.
   

4. Reading and Religion: Schools and Churches in Downtown Arlington (arlingtontoday.com) — Downtown Arlington's earliest churches and schools helped shape the city's identity, from pioneer congregations and Johnson Station to Booker T. Washington School and UTA's forerunners. This history piece traces how faith communities and public education grew together, anchored neighborhoods like The Hill, and evolved into today's diverse congregations and campuses serving more than 400,000 residents.
   

5. GoFundMe set up for 5-year-old who was fatally stabbed by father in Arlington (star-telegram.com) — Arlington residents are rallying around the family of 5-year-old Keiler Cruz-Guerra, who died after being stabbed at his Arlington apartment, with a GoFundMe already raising over half its goal for funeral costs. His 2-year-old brother remains hospitalized, while their father faces a capital murder charge after allegedly attacking an officer, leading police on a pursuit, and then confessing to the stabbings.
