Baytown Man Indicted For Murdering 16-Year Old Girlfriend
Dobbs confessed to police after her bloodied body was found in a wooded area behind a Texas City bar.

GALVESTON, TX -- A 21-year old man was indicted by a Galveston County grand jury for the brutal murder of his 16-year old girlfriend in November.
Jesse Dobbs was indicted on Thursday for killing Kirsten Fritch.
A statewide Amber Alert was issued for Fritch on Nov. 8, after police discovered the bodies of her mother, Cynthia Morris, 37, and Fritch’s sister, Breanna Pavilicek, 13, in their home in the 5400 block of Louise Street in Baytown.

The mother and daughter had been shot to death, and the family car taken.
Dobbs was considered a person of interest in the killings, but still has not been charged for those murders.

Dobbs was arrested hours after the Amber Alert was issued inside the Shenanigans Bar in Texas City and charged with resisting arrest.
Two days later, Fritch’s body was found dumped in a wooded area behind Shenanigans bar.
She’d been stabbed more than 50 times, investigators said.
After her body was found, Dobbs confessed to her murder, but still has not offered a motive.
Dobbs is expected on court on Feb. 16.
