Suspect faces intoxication manslaughter, immigration hold after fatal Duncanville crash (fox4news.com) — A wrong-way crash on Highway 67 in nearby Duncanville killed 29-year-old father Kenan Ellis and seriously injured his two cousins, with the suspected intoxicated driver now held at Dallas County Jail on a $110,000 bond and an immigration hold.
