The Tunnel Vision Challenge was announced in January, calling for proposals that demonstrate innovative ways tunnels can solve real-world problems.

According to the challenge website, the winner will be selected based on the usefulness, level of stakeholder engagement, as well as technical, economic, and regulatory feasibility. A final selection is expected on March 23.
