Stray pup rescued by El Paso animal advocate now serves the nation (newsnationnow.com) — An El Paso rescue group helped transform Chloe, a former stray from New Mexico, into the first rescue dog to graduate from the U.S. Border Patrol Canine Academy in El Paso. After training here, she now serves as a Critical Incident Response Canine in Louisiana, comforting grieving families and hospital patients while showcasing the impact of El Paso's Animal Rescue League.
