Harmony Public Schools Houston Districts Name 2025-26 Teachers of the Year
Four educators recognized for leadership, innovation and dedication to student success across Harmony Public Schools Houston districts.

HOUSTON — Harmony Public Schools Houston Districts have announced the 2025-26 Teachers of the Year, recognizing four educators for their dedication to academic excellence and student success.
For the Houston South and West districts, Fatima Hasan was named Elementary Teacher of the Year, while Rajani Dhadral earned Secondary Teacher of the Year honors.
Hasan is a classroom teacher at Harmony School of Fine Arts and Technology, where she is recognized for creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for students.

Dhadral serves as a science teacher at Harmony School of Innovation – Katy and is known for her leadership, student mentorship and commitment to STEM education.
In the Houston North District, Chari Clark was named Elementary Teacher of the Year, and Mustafa Sirinel was selected as Secondary Teacher of the Year.

Clark teaches science at Harmony Science Academy – Bridgeland in Cypress and is recognized for inspiring students through hands-on learning and academic achievement.
Sirinel serves as the campus instructional coach for mathematics at Harmony School of Technology, where he supports instructional growth and student achievement across the campus.
Harmony Public Schools officials said the annual recognition honors educators who go above and beyond to positively impact students, families and school communities.
