Harmony School of Discovery Celebrates Commit for Life Scholarship Recipients
Students Keya J. and Deven V. honored by the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center for leadership, service and support of lifesaving donations.
Harmony School of Discovery Houston students Keya J. and Deven V. were recently recognized with the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center’s Commit for Life scholarship for their efforts supporting blood drives and encouraging blood donations in the community.
The scholarship is awarded to students who go above and beyond in service and leadership through the Commit for Life program. By helping promote blood donation efforts, the students played a role in supporting patients and families in need across the region.
“We are incredibly proud of Keya and Deven for earning these scholarships and for the example they set through service and leadership,” Principal Sarioglu said. “Their commitment to helping others through the Commit for Life program reflects the values we strive to build in our students every day.”
