Houston police are investigating the shooting of a woman and a juvenile male at 146 Theron Street about 12:05 a.m. today (May 27).

The female victim, Alyssa Youngblood, 20, was transported to an area hospital with a gunshot wound to the shoulder. The male victim, 16, suffered a graze wound to the right arm and was treated at the scene.

Officers were advised a vehicle, described as a silver or gray Chevrolet Impala, was seen driving by a residence at the above address with backseat passengers firing multiple shots. Both victims were struck by the gunfire. Paramedics transported Ms. Youngblood to the hospital in stable condition.

Officers learned Youngblood was involved in an ongoing dispute with a known 20-year-old Hispanic female. The female and her boyfriend, a Hispanic male in his mid to late teens, recently harassed and threatened the victim.
