Oops: Woman Accused Of Escaping Custody, Was Never Really In Custody
Officials at LBJ Hospital activated code orange procedures believing the woman was in custody, because she was with her probation officer.

Hospital officials said they learned that the woman was brought to the hospital by a Harris County probation officer, but was there voluntarily and had not fled custody, the Houston Chronicle reported.
