• Tips from public help Pct. 4 investigators identify pursuit suspect (bluebonnetnews.com) — Liberty County Precinct 4 investigators say anonymous public tips helped them identify a Dayton man accused of fleeing deputies during a July 29 pursuit near County Road 442. The suspect now faces two third-degree felony charges and remains jailed in Chambers County, while officials publicly thanked residents for assisting the investigation.
