Austin Police Seek Bank Robbery Suspect

The incident occurred on May 14 just before 1:15 p.m. at the Woodforest National Bank branch inside a Walmart store on 13201 N. FM 620.

AUSTIN, TX — Police on Thursday released a surveillance camera image of a suspect in connection with a bank fobbery that occurred last week in the northwest part of the city.

The incident occurred on May 14 just before 1:15 p.m. at the Woodforest National Bank branch inside a Walmart store on 13201 N. FM 620. Police said the suspect entered the bank, presented a note demanding money and fled the scene on foot. There were no injuries reported. The suspect is described as a Hispanic man standing at five feet, seven inches of medium build who was described as "young looking." He was last seen wearing a grey long-sleeve shirt, dark-colored pants and a medical-style mask.
