North Austin Robber Of Women Draws Two More Charges In String Of Crimes
Alleged Clayton Lane robber, 27-year-old Willie Sylvana Pierce, is now being held at the Travis County Jail with a bail set at $665,000.

NORTH AUSTIN, TX — A man accused of robbing several women in the northeast part of Austin has been linked to two more such incidents, police said.
The two extra charges bring to seven the number of robbery-related charges between February and March lodged against Willie Sylvana Pierce, 27, according to an arrest affidavit referenced by the Austin American-Statesman. Each of the female victims were alone at the time of the robberies, and they were done at gunpoint, according to the affidavit.
The incidents occurred along Clayton Lane near Interstate 35. The date and location of the robberies are:

- Feb. 6 at 1071 Clayton Lane.
- March 13 at 1071 Clayton Lane.
- March 20 at 1071 Clayton Lane.
- March 22 at 1101 Clayton Lane.
- March 23 at 1071 Clayton Lane.
- March 29 at 5901 N I-35
Pierce is also charged with an attempted robbery on March 22 at 1071 Clayton Lane, according to the report. He now is in detention at Travis County Jail under a bail set $665,000 for five of the robberies.
