The new store – which will include a distribution center and span 500,000 square feet – will feature
Living Spaces’ signature, wide selection of stylish pieces of furniture at affordable prices; among the
most anticipated of collections is the farmhouse-influenced Magnolia Home by “Fixer Upper” star (and
Texas resident) Joanna Gaines, officials said in a press advisory.

designed to give shoppers detailed information about each product and an easy way to curate a list of their
favorites, officials added. "With the Pflugerville grand opening, Living Spaces is able to expand their vision of providing quality, stylish furniture to the greater Austin area," officials said.
