The accident was eerily similar to one in February, when another female motorcyclist fell from an elevated roadway after striking a concrete barrier. The woman traveling on a Kawasaki motorcycle along the 6100 block of East U.S. Highway 290 on Feb. 22 lost control on an exit ramp to Interstate 35, causing her to fall onto Koenig Lane below the highway.
