WASHINGTON, DC — As the investigation of Russian meddling in the 2016 presidential election continues, President Donald Trump can’t seem to escape it. Watch: Trump's Arrival At The Capitol, Protestor Taken Away By Security
"This president has conspired with agents of the Russian government," Clayton reportedly yelled as security officials subdued him. "We should be talking about treason in Congress, not about tax cuts!"

Clayton is believed to be the same protester who handed a Russian flag to Jared Kushner, Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser, when Kushner appeared before the Senate Intelligence Committee in July, ABC News reported.
Although the president was never in danger, security at the Capitol Building appeared to have been breached, according to the reports.
One of the primary goals of Americans Take Action, according to its website, is to impeach Trump.
