Pensacola’s amenity-rich development recognized for its exceptional residences, innovative amenities and commitment to community connection
PENSACOLA, FL — [September 28, 2026] — The 52 World is proud to announce that they’ve been recognized as the Best Apartment Complex by the Best of the Bay Community’s Choice Awards.
The honor celebrates The 52 World’s distinctive approach to residential living—one that combines outstanding design, natural beauty, art, wellness and meaningful community engagement across its 52-acre development.
“We are incredibly honored that The 52 World has been selected as Best Apartment Complex,” said Tamara Bowens, President of The 52 World. “This recognition is especially meaningful because it reflects the confidence and support of the people who live, work and spend time in our community. We are deeply grateful to everyone who voted for us and who continues to embrace our vision of creating a place where people can live beautifully, connect with one another and feel inspired.”
The 52 World was thoughtfully designed to support residents’ overall well-being through purposeful amenities and intentional living experiences. Its signature features include the Living Art Museum, an indoor cultural destination featuring fine art, paintings and sculptures, as well as original artwork displayed throughout the property’s exterior spaces.
Health and wellness are also central to The 52 World experience. Residents have access to two state-of-the-art fitness centers, including a three-level, commercial-grade facility with premium equipment typically found in high-end health clubs.
What further distinguishes The 52 World is its ongoing programming for residents and the surrounding Pensacola community. Popular events and cultural offerings include The 52 World Saturday Market, Sip and Paint Canvas events and public tours of the Living Art Museum.
Currently, the Living Art Museum is presenting the University of West Florida’s “Altered State” exhibition, showcasing original works created by UWF students going on now until Oct. 1.
The 52 World represents more than an exceptional place to live. It is a community created around beauty, art, wellness, nature and authentic human connection—a development designed for people to live with purpose and from the heart.
The 52 World thanks the Pensacola community for its votes, continued support and confidence in its mission.
