The celebration kicks off on July 3 with a full day of immersive history in New Hope and Lambertville. Actors portraying George Washington, Ben Franklin, Admiral DeGrasse, General Knox, and Martha Washington bring the Revolution to life through educational discussions and Q&amp;A sessions throughout the day. Roxey Ballet performs "NJ Ballad," a stunning re-enactment of Washington's Crossing and the road to victory at Trenton (2 shows: 3:45 and 8:30pm).Live music all day, including Music Mountain Theater performing "Stars &amp; Stripes" patriotic favorites and the HopeWell Band. At 9 pm, the night ends with a spectacular show over the river: fireworks launched from two boats PLUS a 200-drone light show synchronized to patriotic music. 
On Saturday, July 4, the celebration moves to the New Hope American Legion parking lot for a full afternoon and evening of live music under a tent, with a revolutionary-themed cash bar and tavern atmosphere. The afternoon begins at 3 pm.&nbsp;Concert admission: $10 per person. 
The event concludes with a grand finale. At 10 a.m. a "Freedom Parade" begins at the New Hope American Legion lot and crosses the bridge into Lambertville. At 11:30 a.m., a Relentless Dragon Boat Race will take place on the river with teams representing America and Great Britain. There will also be a dramatic reading of the Declaration of Independence on both sides of the river, with Mayors and dignitaries sharing the honors. At 12 p.m., Simultaneous Bell Ringing across both sides of the river marks the close of America's 250th Birthday weekend.Singers from Playhouse and Music Mountain Theatre close the celebration with a rousing performance of "God Bless America" from both riverbanks.

July 5 – 9:00 am Worship Service - Join us for a meaningful service exploring the faith of George Washington, alongside special music including trumpet, woodwind and vocals celebrating our nation's heritage and the faith that has sustained generations.
This July, join us for a special sermon series exploring the lives and faith of four influential figures from America's founding era: George Washington, Benjamin Rush, Abigail Adams, and John Witherspoon.
While these leaders came from different backgrounds and held different roles, each wrestled with how faith, character, and conviction could shape public life. Their stories remind us that faith has long inspired people to serve their communities, pursue the common good, and lead with courage during times of uncertainty.
As we reflect on their lives, we will also consider an important question for our own time: How is God forming us today to be faithful leaders, neighbors, and citizens? Whether in our homes, workplaces, schools, churches, or communities, God continues to call ordinary people to live out their faith in meaningful ways.

Common App &amp; Essay Bootcamp Returns to Doylestown The One Week Fast Track to a Completed College Application +&nbsp;Essay
Following the success of last year’s program, The College Studio team is bringing their <a href="https://collegestudio.co/events-1" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Common App &amp; Essay Bootcamp</a> back to Doylestown this summer. 
In just THREE EVENINGS – students will:
<ul><li>Complete the Common App.</li><li>Write a strong essay (with one-on-one guidance).</li><li>Gain strategic insight
to spotlight strengths and experiences.</li><li>Receive technical direction&nbsp;on topics like Early Decision.</li></ul>
Led by certified college admissions counselors Katie Fisher and Mary Lamb, bootcamp students complete their college application efficiently and correctly, without the stress and procrastination that often accompany the process.
Following the success of last year’s program, they’re offering two sessions this summer at the new Doylestown Recreation Center: 
<ul><li>July 13-15 (5:00-8:00pm)</li><li>August 10-12 (5:00-8:00 pm)</li></ul>
"Last summer, we had students arrive with blank Common Apps and leave with completed applications and strong essays just a few days later," says Fisher. "Their productivity and engagement were incredible.”
Students from the 2025 Bootcamp are now heading to top-choice colleges to pursue majors in nursing, business, architecture, engineering, and more.
The program also earned enthusiastic reviews from parents.
"You saved me many sleepless nights and fights with my child. Bootcamp was a great way to tackle this project," wrote one parent.
Another texted simply:
"Holy Essay! Bootcamp for the Win!!"
The College Studio Common App &amp; Essay Bootcamp combines the expertise of two experienced admissions professionals.
Fisher, a College &amp; Career Counselor in a Pennsylvania school district with a master's degree in Counselor Education from the University of Virginia, specializes in application strategy, admissions planning, and Common App guidance.
Lamb, a journalist, essay specialist, and Certified College Admissions Counselor, helps students identify meaningful topics and craft authentic essays that stand out in the admissions process.
"What makes our partnership work so well is that we approach the application from different but complementary perspectives," says Fisher. "Working with both of us simultaneously, students not only get their Common App finished, but they can also be confident it’s done really well.”
