Armed with an inherent ability to lead, a great sense of pride and a passion for film, Carter Boehm is an executive-level professional whose success knows no bounds. He is currently active in two separate industries: film and real estate. His dedication to both of his crafts, his businesses and his community has earned him the respect and admiration of his colleagues. Currently, Carter serves as the founder of Ponderosa Films and the principal of a successful land development company based out of Vienna, VA. His work in both fields is unparalleled.

As the principal of a land development company, Carter Boehm is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the company's day-to-day operations, such as client business deals and the rezoning of multiple properties located throughout the Washington D.C. area. Since founding the company in 1998, Carter and his talented team have been able to build the company up into one of the most successful land development operations in the Washington D.C. area.

As far as Carter Boehm's film career, he has been fascinated by the industry since his youth. Carter's father worked exclusively on wildlife films for Disney and Time Magazine, and since then, film has held a place in his heart. After studying at the University of Maryland, Carter joined the army and would eventually go on to assist the US Government in audio set up for films and speeches given by some of the country's top leaders.

Afterwards, Carter settled down in Washington and earned a position as a manager at a local movie theater, where he could work directly with one of his favorite industries. Eventually, Carter established himself as a major real estate player and helped co-found his land development company to great success.

Carter Boehm's latest entrepreneurial endeavor has been founding Ponderosa Films, his production studio named after his father's old production studio. Although the studio is still new, Carter has already executive-produced some films and has other exciting projects in the works.

Carter simply hopes to continue his path of success while also working everyday in two industries that he's enjoyed for so long. He hopes to make Ponderosa Films a household name.
