The Well of Roswell

What if healing could smell this good?
In this one-of-a-kind hands-on experience, you’ll step into the ancient art of vibrational healing and walk away with two beautifully crafted mists — made by your own hands, attuned to your own intentions. Utilizing nature, spirit, and sensory delight, this class is an invitation to slow down, tune in, and create something truly your own.
Facilitated by Melissa-an energy worker and crystal bowl practitioner who first learned this process from a shaman in 2004 — you’ll discover how crystals, flowers, and plants carry subtle energetic signatures that can support emotional healing, spiritual clarity, and everyday wellbeing. You’ll learn not just how to make these mists, but why they work, so you can continue creating them long after class ends.
Together, we’ll explore the energetic properties of key crystals and how to turn them into essences at home, the gentle emotional and spiritual wisdom encoded in flower essences, how to work safely and intuitively with essential oils, and the transformative power of setting clear intention into everything you make.
Then comes the magic: you’ll blend two 4-ounce mists of your very own — choosing essences and oils that resonate with what you most need right now. Whether you’re drawn to clarity, protection, heart healing, grounding, or simply a fresh energetic reset, your mists will be as unique as you are. Spray them on your body, clear a room, or weave them into ceremony and ritual.
This is more than a class. It’s a permission slip to play, to trust your instincts, and to remember that healing can be joyful.
All essences and essential oils are provided. No experience necessary — only an open heart. Cost $44

Mists & Magic: Create Your Own Vibrational Healing Sprays

Join us as we celebrate the art exhibit "Visions Quests in Color" by Rita Omark, our featured artist this quarter. Refreshments will be served. Free

Rita Omark although a self-taught artist, has been encouraged by many wonderful teachers over the past twenty-eight years on her creative journey. She has been inspired by great masters: Georgia O'Keeffe, Helen Frankenthaler, John Marin, Pierre Bonnard, Delaunay, Van Gogh and Kandinsky.

Rita enjoys painting images from her imagination, dreams and vision quests. Sometimes a photo - a place - will inspire, presenting an opening or creative portal existing alongside the idea of the painting; most often something all its own comes through for expression.

Pure color drives the process for Rita as her vision for others viewing her art is to follow color and line and be transported to that "other place." Rita's style is eclectic as she works with many mediums: acrylic and acrylic inks, water color, oil pastels, graphite and pen, color pencil and collage.
Rita received her certificate from the Atlanta Botanical Garden Drawing Program. Her studio for the past fourteen years in Decatur, GA is located in Sycamore Place Gallery where she also attends adult art class for "independent projects" with artist and teacher, Sylvia Cross. Explore movement through deep inner awareness, reconnecting with your body as your guide.

In this somatic dance experience, you’ll discover your unique way of moving—not by performing, but by sensing, feeling, and responding from within.
Think of it as a gentle, intuitive conversation between you and your body, where sensation becomes the language and movement becomes the expression.
Through guided prompts and spacious exploration, you’ll learn to listen to your body’s subtle cues and allow them to unfold naturally into movement. There’s no choreography—only curiosity, presence, and permission.

Somatic Dance is a grounding, joyful, and deeply restorative practice. Together, we’ll explore creative ways to release, express, and integrate emotions through embodied movement.

What might your body say if you let it lead?
Come as you are and let your body speak. This class is open to all levels—no dance experience needed. Cost $20

Shamanic journeys are a tool used by many cultures to help you connect with your guides in the spirit realms. Valuable insights can be gleaned from their direction.
Each month we will be having a Healing Shamanic Journey followed by channeled messages for each person there.
We will first travel to the lower world, into Mother Earth’s realm to meet with each of the elements and receive healing. As the journey ends, we will remain in silence while I channel messages for each of you.
It is easy to follow along even if you have never done a shamanic journey before. No experience is needed. Cost $25
