"Michael D" is passionate about serving the community through his support of several non-profit organizations such as Roswell HS Band Boosters Association, Sandy Plains Baseball Association, Roswell Day of Hope, Atlanta Mission, Habitat for Humanity and High Tech Ministries.

He is the Managing Partner of Dal Cerro Group, LLC, a purpose driven HCM Consulting and Real Estate Services firm. Areas of specialization include Executive Search, Career Services, Talent Acquisition Strategic Consulting, Residential Real Estate & Corporate Relocation Services.

He lives in Roswell, Georgia with his wife and three sons where they are active members of Fellowship Bible Church.
