Nikki Petrazzuolo, Neighbor

VP of a Benefits brokers and consultancy firm in Vienna VA, The DeChristopher Group & Preferred Insurance, Nikki has over seven years of experience in HR and benefits administration. She is a Certified Healthcare Reform Specialist® and a member of SHRM (Society For Human Resource Management). Her specializations include the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA), marketplace analysis, specialized funding. She also focuses on high-level consultancy and guidance based on regulatory updates, product and marketplace changes, funding arrangements, audit protection and technology solutions. Nikki is a Spanish speaker who directly assists clients with a dual language need. Nikki customizes written communications and conducts Open Enrollment meetings in English and Spanish

As a resident of Fairfax County, it is important to her that she contributes to the community. Nikki is also the Braddock District Representative of the Fairfax County Community Action Advisory Board (CAAB) helping to reduce poverty and homelessness in Northern Virginia.

Nikki received her Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service and her Masters in Public Policy from Georgetown University.
