• Southern Utah youth treatment center staff member accused of assaulting boy (ksl.com) — A staff member at Kiva Adventure Ranch in Toquerville has been charged with aggravated child abuse after a boy reported being slapped, punched, and kneed shortly after arriving at the youth treatment center. Court documents describe surveillance video showing the boy leaving a room visibly upset and injured, with forensic nurses later documenting deep tissue contusions to his ribs and upper back.
