Brian Rust, is celebrating retirement after a 20-year communications and design career with the prestigious U.S. Marine Band, "The President's Own." Growing up in Vernal before joining the Marines, he helped shape the band's public image, worked presidential inaugurations, and is now transitioning to civilian life through a Disney placement program.
