Midlife does not arrive with an instruction manual. (Wouldn’t that be something if it did?)
What it does bring is a long list of good questions—about hormones, money, sleep, eldercare for aging parents, movement, meaning—not a lot of answers, and a strange kind of loneliness in sitting with them alone.
Second Saturdays is a place to bring those questions to the table (literally). Once a month, we gather over a nourishing, predominantly locally-sourced dinner in South Burlington and welcome a resource guest whose expertise lives smack dab in the middle of whatever we midlife women are often silently wondering about.
The next Second Saturdays dinner for midlife women is taking place at Common Roots on Saturday, November 14, and will feature Sarah Harrington answering your questions about right-sizing your home and what role your real estate can play in this season and beyond.
There are still seats available—and you should know that October's dinner sold out before the end of September, so don't wait TOO long!
This is not a class, and it is not a program. It is a table—one set specifically for you. Your place is at this table. Come hungry for dinner—and for something more.
