Flippin’ Pizza recently named August (yes, the month) the happiest month of the year. In honor of this crowning achievement, August is hosting Slice Happy Hour at Flippin’ Pizza for its entire 31 days.
“I am honored and excited to receive this award,” said August, the happiest month of the year. “The fact that I’m a summer month and have 31 days are two undeniable reasons why I am the best choice to host Slice Happy Hour. July has Independence Day and December has Christmas so, as a month that doesn’t even have a holiday, it feels great to be recognized.”

Throughout the month of August, Flippin’ Pizza is inviting the community to stop into one of its 12 locations from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. every day for its Slice Happy Hour, where fans can enjoy 50 percent off any slice (limit two per person).
“We’re excited to introduce Slice Happy Hour and even more excited to give August the chance to host this special event,” said Patrick Farley, owner and president, Flippin’ Pizza. “Slice Happy Hour is also a great opportunity for the community to come together to enjoy all of their favorite Flippin’ Pizza slices.”

August will be celebrating its new title at all of Flippin’ Pizza’s locations throughout Maryland, California, Virginia and Washington D.C. The Slice Happy Hour will include every slice on the Flippin’ Pizza menu, including fan favorites, such as Artichoke, Buffalo Chicken and Whitestone. Health-conscious fans can indulge too; all of Flippin’ Pizza’s slices are made with no added oils or sugar and no high fructose corn syrup.
