ANNANDALE, VA—An Annandale music teacher is facing charges for the alleged sexual abuse of two children.

Detectives arrested Jeffrey Cummins, 56, at Dulles International Airport as he was returning from international travel Tuesday afternoon. He was charged with eight felony counts of indecent liberties by a custodian.

Police began investigating last May when one juvenile victim reported being inappropriately touched for several years. Another juvenile victim came forward in January with allegations of being sexually abused for years. Investigations revealed both cases of sexual abuse occurred during music lessons and when the victims were at his home.
