Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. Officers responded around 5 p.m. to the 4100 block of Wadsworth Court. One person was located on the scene with a gunshot wound. Officers provided aid until rescue personnel arrived, and the victim was pronounced dead on the scene. He was identified as Jose Alexander Villa Lobo Guevara, 20, of Annandale. Police do not believe the incident was random and that there isn't an ongoing threat to public safety. Detectives continue to examine evidence and interview witnesses. The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
