Hi, I'm Shelby! I’m a local mediator who helps neighbors resolve family, relationship, and workplace conflicts in a calm, structured way. Through my small business, Rogers Resolution Services, I offer mediation and conflict-resolution support tailored to your unique needs and help guide people through difficult conversations. I work primarily with co-parents, partners, relatives, roommates, and teams who need help talking through decisions, routines, boundaries, or recurring disagreements. I also support workplaces and community groups facing communication challenges or breakdowns. My role is neutral. I don’t give legal advice or take sides. I facilitate conversations, de-escalate tense situations, and help people reach practical and maintainable agreements they can feel comfortable with. Police, who made the arrest Tuesday, say the two knew each other and this was not a random act. Carcamo was arrested in Pennsylvania on July 5 on unrelated Fairfax County charges and was brought back to Fairfax County, according to police.Angel's body was found March 16 in a creek in a wooded area behind apartments, located in the 4300 block of Ivymount Court.
