A car insurance agent from Manassas was arrested after authorities claimed he harassed and stalked one of his customers, according to the Prince William County Police Department. The insurance agent, Eduardo Escobar Castedo, was arrested on Saturday, May 29 after police said an investigation revealed two weeks of stalking.
