1 Hospitalized With Life-Threatening Injuries Following Arlington House Fire
A victim was rescued from an Arlington house fire Sunday and taken to VHC with life-threatening injuries, officials said.

ARLINGTON, VA — A victim was rescued from a house fire Sunday in Arlington and taken to Virginia Hospital Center with life-threatening injuries, according to Arlington County Fire and EMS.
Fire crews were called to the 6000 block of 25th Road North, where they found heavy fire showing from the structure when they arrived, authorities said, in a 5:20 p.m. post on the department's official X account.
In a 5:36 p.m. update, Arlington County Fire and EMS said the fire had been extinguished. Crews remained at the scene working on hot spots and overhaul.

The victim was treated and transported to VHC with life-threatening injuries, officials said. No firefighters were injured.
Fire marshals were at the scene investigating the origin and cause of the fire.
