2 Indecent Exposure Incidents Investigated By Arlington Police
Arlington County Police arrested a man Friday morning at a Pentagon City business and charged him with public masturbation.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police arrested a man on Friday morning for masturbating inside a Pentagon City business, according to the daily crime report. Police are also investigating an indecent exposure that occurred earlier the same day in the Virginia Square area.
In the first case, an officer responded around 9:44 a.m., to a business in the 1100 block of South Hayes Street for the report of an exposure. Security personnel told the officer they had received a call about a man masturbating inside a business. When they went to check things out, the security personnel observed the man masturbating and confronted him. The man fled the area, but the responding officer located and detained him.
Arlington police charged Amir Haynes Bey, 32, of no fixed address, with public masturbation.

In the second case, the victim contacted police around 6:45 p.m., on Friday. The victim told police that she was walking in the area of the 3400 block of 11th Street North, when she saw a man possibly exposing himself. The man followed her to her residence and rang the doorbell. When another resident answered the door, the man ran away.

Police described the suspect as a white man in his late 30s to early 40s. He was tall and had short dark blond or light brown hair. This case remains under investigation.
