ARLINGTON, VA — Three Arlington County police officers were sent to the hospital after a violent struggle that started when a 16-year-old boy lunged toward an officer and tried to grab his weapon over the weekend, police say.

It all started with a report of a cab fare dispute in the 3700 block of 36th Road N. at 9:33 p.m. on Jan. 13.
