3 Sought In Armed Carjacking At Crystal City Parking Lot: Police
Arlington County Police are looking for three men they say stole an SUV from the parking lot of a Crystal City business on Thursday night.
ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are seeking three suspects in connection with an armed carjacking that occurred early Thursday evening in a Crystal City parking lot.
Officers responded around 6:03 p.m. to the 2600 block of Richmond Highway for the report of an armed robbery.
A preliminary investigation revealed that three men entered the parking lot of a Crystal City business. After one of the men got inside a parked, unoccupied vehicle that was left running, an employee tried to close the parking lot gate. A second man approached the employee, lifted his shirt to show the handle of a firearm and made threatening remarks, according to police. He then entered the vehicle with the third suspect. The three men then drove off in the stolen vehicle.

Police described the vehicle as a White Chevrolet Suburban with Florida tags: 99DVZV. No injuries were reported.

Suspect: One: Black male, standing approximately 5-foot 8 and in his late 20s, wearing a blue vest and dark pants.
Suspect Two: Black male with long dreadlocks, wearing a black hoodie and dark colored shorts.
Suspect Three: Man of an unknown race, wearing a light-colored shirt and dark colored shorts.
