Arlington Chef's New Eatery On 'Hottest New Restaurants' List: Report
A new eatery opened by Arlington celebrity chef David Guas is included on the "Hottest New Restaurants" List for July, according to reports.
MCLEAN, VA — A new restaurant by David Guas, the celebrity chef behind Arlington's Bayou Bakery, was included among the Eater DC's hottest new restaurants list for July, according to food-focused news outlet.
Located at 6641 Old Dominion Drive in McLean, Neutral Ground Bar + Kitchen spotlights small farmers and fishermen from the mid-Atlantic and Gulf Coast regions, according to Eater DC.
"Dishes include wood-fired pork chop with sweet apple slaw; roasted oysters on the half-shell with lemon-garlic butter; a smashed double-patty cheeseburger; and black pepper pavlova," Eater DC reported.

For those who may not want to travel to McLean for dinner, Eater DC counts Clarendon's Láylà and NiHao in National Landing among its 38 essential restaurants in the DMV.
