Arlington Has the Richest Millennials in the Nation
A new report from Zillow finds that it's good to be young and living in Arlington.

It's never a great time to be a millennial, what with the struggle to find a job, pay down student loan debt and simply find your place in the world -- that is, unless you live here in Arlington.
A new report from Zillow.com finds that millennials -- people between 22 and 34 years of age -- are wealthier in Arlington than anywhere else in the country, with 8.7 percent of them making more than $350,000 annually.
Astonishingly, that means a larger percentage of millennials make more than that total than those 55 and older, which came in at 7.9 percent.

Arlington topped the list nationwide, beating out San Francisco, where 7.8 percent of the millennials make more than $350,000.
And it's significantly cheaper to live in Arlington than it is in San Francisco, so that money goes farther. The median home value in Arlington is $607,100 compared to $1,130,400 in San Francisco. The median rent is $2,690 in Arlington and $4,542 in San Fran.

Washington, D.C. came in 8th on the list, tied with New York. Only 2.8 percent of millennials in D.C. pull in more than $350,000.
