Arlington Police Taser Suspect Who Was Doing Push-Ups in the Street While Naked

Calls came into police last Thursday night about a man doing push-ups in the street. Not only was he doing push-ups in the street, he was also naked.

The incident took place in the 3200 block of S. 24th Street in Arlington County, according to a news release from the county. At 7:58 pm Thursday, officers responded to reports of the naked male subject doing push-ups in the middle of the street while under the influence of narcotics.

The subject ignored numerous commands by police and began approaching officers in an aggressive manner while yelling obscenities. The subject was taken into custody following a taser deployment. Timothy Lowe, 31, of Arlington, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. He was held without bond.
