Arlington Woman Charged With Assaulting Police Officer
An Arlington woman was arrested and charged with assault on law enforcement when she became combative and kicked an officer, police said.
ARLINGTON, VA — An Arlington woman was arrested and charged with assault on law enforcement and drunk in public Friday, police said.
At about 8:58 p.m., officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of N. Utah St. for the report of a dispute, police said. Arriving officers located Olga Sangl, 24, and determined she assaulted a known individual who left the scene before police arrived.
During the course of the investigation, police said Sangl became combative and kicked an officer. She was held on no bond.
