Attempted Malicious Wounding Suspect Identified By Arlington Police
Arlington County police have obtained warrants for a suspect in an attempted malicious wounding incident in Ballston, authorities say.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County police have identified a suspect in an attempted malicious wounding that took place on the evening of March 15 in Ballston, according to authorities.
Just before 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday, officers were dispatched to the 4200 block of Wilson Boulevard to investigate a late report of suspicious circumstances.
Following a preliminary investigation, officers determined that a juvenile male victim was approached by another juvenile just before 10 p.m. on March 15, according to police.

Showing a knife, the second juvenile tried to assault the first juvenile and steal his property, but he was unsuccessful, according to police. No injuries were reported.
Police identified the suspect and have obtained petions for attempted robbery and attempted malicious wounding, ACPD reports.
