Bridge to Reagan Airport Will Shut Down This Weekend -- Here's What to Do
The Route 233 bridge in Crystal City will be undergoing construction, requiring drivers to use the GW Parkway.

Authorities will be shutting down the eastbound Route 233 bridge going into Reagan National Airport this weekend, but alternate routes will be available.
Authorities will close the bridge, which provides access to Reagan Airport for drivers on Jefferson Davis Highway in Crystal City, at 11 p.m. on Friday, May 13, and it will remain closed until 4 a.m. on Monday, May 16, according to a statement.
There will be signage directing drivers where to go, but you can also consult the above map if you need to make plans to drive to Reagan Airport this weekend.

Drivers who are headed northbound on Jefferson Davis Highway will have to pass the bridge and eventually get on George Washington Parkway southbound to reach the airport, whereas southbound drivers on Jefferson Davis Highway will keep driving south to Slaters Lane, and then get on northbound GW Parkway.
As always, you can also access the airport by Metro rail, which goes directly to the airport terminal.
