Two brothers are behind bars after police say they jumped a man after getting kicked out of a restaurant.

ARLINGTON, VA — A man was sent to the hospital after getting into a fight with two brothers in a Ballston restaurant, and then getting jumped outside afterward, according to police.
Police were called to a hospital in Alexandria Aug. 14 after being contacted by a man who had been beaten up in the 4100 block of N. Fairfax Drive, according to Arlington County Police spokesperson Ashley Savage.
After responding to the Fairfax Drive location, police arrested 27-year-old Patrick Bazan Tineo of Centreville and his brother, 26-year-old Jose Bazan Tineo of Arlington, on charges of malicious wounding. They are currently being held without bond.

After an investigation, police determined that at around 7:15 p.m., the victim noticed the two brothers, who he knew. Police aren't sure what the altercation was about, but "the subjects instigated a fight," Savage said.
"All parties were then removed from the establishment by security," the police report states. "The known subjects followed the victim and assaulted him, causing non-life threatening injuries. The suspects fled the scene and officers located them a short time later."
