- 2 heads organic baby Bok Choy
- 1 – 2 medium organic apples
- 1 cup cold ice
- juice immediately
An alternate recipe:
- 1 bunch organic Bok Choy, loosely chopped
- 1/2 organic avocado
- 1/2 organic orange, juiced
- 1/2 organic lemon, juiced
- 1 organic apple, cored and quartered
- 1 cup cold water or ice
- juice immediately
