Four couples dealing with chronic/severe illness are invited to join a free couples seminar on Monday August 1st from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.

Participants have a chance to benefit by sharing their stories and using a variety of grief processing techniques in a supportive environment with others who can truly relate to their pain and experiences. Participants have an opportunity to process primary and secondary losses, consider ways to rebuild meaning, consider new coping skills, and receive grief processing support and normalize their grief reactions.
