Graze Craze Brings Crafted Charcuterie Boards To Rosslyn City Center
Rather than going to college after high school, local entrepreneur Amaan Bhani decided instead to become a new Graze Craze franchisee.

ARLINGTON, VA — Local entrepreneur Amaan Bhani recently opened a new Graze Craze location at Le Méridien in Rosslyn, making him the youngest franchise owner in the company that specializing in crafted charcuterie boards and boxes.
“We are so excited to serve the people here,” said Bhanji. “I love being part of the community and creating connections with amazing people, so I’m looking forward to sharing the Graze Craze concept with everyone I meet on this entrepreneurial journey.”
Bhanji first became interested in working in food service when he was only 15. Rather than going to college, he started investigating business ownership opportunities, which led him to Graze Craze. The restaurant chain's skilled artisans, known as Grazologists, use premium meats, cheeses, fresh fruits and veggies to house-made sauces, dips and jams to make delicious and appealing charcuterie boards and boxes.

After two years of planning and construction, Bhanji's North Arlington Graze Craze opened its at Le Méridien Arlington in Rosslyn City Center, making it the company's first location in a hotel.

"We want to be part of the good times and help make the celebration even more special,” he said. “It’s thrilling to be part of this young brand that will help bring joy to our community. I love the fact that I will be able to cater events and help relieve stress from our customers while doing something I truly enjoy.”

The North Arlington Graze Craze is located at 1121 Nineteenth St. in Rosslyn City Center, inside Le Méridien Arlington. The store is open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday and whenever needed, on Sunday and Monday. For more information, call 571-290-7272.
