Indecent Exposure Charge Filed Following Argument Over Cab Fare
Arlington County Police issued two summonses against man early Saturday morning, including one for indecent exposure.

ARLINGTON, VA — An early morning dispute between a taxi driver and a passenger ended with Arlington County Police charging a man with indecent exposure for urinating in public, according to the daily crime report.
Officers responded around 12:12 a.m., on Saturday to the 300 block of Army Navy Drive in Crystal City for the report of a dispute between a taxi drive and a customer. After the officers issued a summons to Theowdros Tadesse, 56, of no fixed address for refusing to pay a fare, they saw him urinating in public.
Police issued a second summons to Tadesse for indecent exposure. He was then released at the scene.
