Indecent Exposure Suspect Sought In Buckingham Area: Police

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a man who they say exposed himself in the Buckingham area Tuesday morning, according to the daily crime report.

Officers responded around 11:56 a.m., to the 100 block of North Thomas Street for the report of a possible exposure. An investigation revealed the female victims were in a building's courtyard when the notice a man exposing himself and masturbating.

Police described the suspect as a tall Black man, with a skinny build. He was about 45 years of age.

This case remains under investigation.
