Man Brutally Robbed in Arlington, Waits 3 Days to Go to Hospital
Police aren't sure why he waited so long to report the attack.

A man was injured after a violent robbery in Arlington this weekend and had to be sent to the hospital ... three days after the incident, police said.
The man was jumped and punched in the face and body several times by two teenagers in the 900 block of S. Buchanan Street at around 10 p.m. on May 28 near Barcroft Elementary School, according to an Arlington police statement.
The teenagers fled with the man's belongings. Three days later on May 31, the victim finally reported the assault to police and was transported to INOVA with non-life-threatening injuries.

"It's unclear why he waited to report to the police and did not seek medical attention," police spokesperson Ashley Savage said. "He had visible lacerations to his arms and torso and complained of pain, so medics transported him to the hospital for evaluation."
Police described the first suspect as a teenager of an unknown race who is approximately 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 150 lbs. He was wearing a black shirt. The other suspect was described as a black teenager about 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing 150 lbs. He was wearing a gray short sleeve shirt, gray jeans and white shoes.
