Peeping Charge Filed Against 19-Year-Old Arlington Man: Police
Arlington County Police arrested a 19-year-old man who they say was looking through a window into a Buckingham home early Friday.
ARLINGTON, VA — A 19-year-old man was arrested Friday morning in connection to a peeping incident in the Buckingham area, according to Arlington County Police.
Officers responded around 5:44 a.m. to the 4300 block of Second Road North for the report of peeping. The woman who contacted police told officers she was inside her home when she saw a man looking through a window.
The officers found a man who matched the suspect nearby, identifying him as Denis Chen De Leon of Arlington. De Leon was arrested and charged with peeping and public intoxication, according to Arlington Police.
