Pentagon City Store Employee Hit By Woman Suspected Of Theft: Police
Arlington County Police are trying to locate a woman they say struck an employee at a Pentagon City store on Sunday.

ARLINGTON, VA — Arlington County Police are looking for a woman they say struck an employee of a store in the Fashion Centre at Pentagon City on Sunday. The employee was trying to stop the woman from taking merchandise without paying.
Officers responded around 2:22 p.m. to the 1100 block of S. Hayes Street for the report of a larceny. They determined that when a woman was leaving the store, security sensors alerted an employee, who confronted the woman. After striking the employee, the woman fled the scene, according to police.
The officers searched the area for the suspect, but they were unable to locate her.

ACPD described the suspect as a Black woman, who stood about 5-foot-8 tall and weighed 130 pounds, with long black hair. At the time of the incident, she was wearing a white T-shirt.
