Pet Of The Week: Juno Is A Lovable Pup With Energy To Spare
Animal Welfare League of Arlington is looking for someone to adopt Juno, a 1-year-old, mixed-breed female who's super-energetic.

ARLINGTON, VA — Animal Welfare League of Arlington is calling on all adventure lovers to come and meet Juno, a fun-loving, mixed-breed female dog.
Here's what AWLA says about Juno:
"Juno is an energetic, playful, and extremely intelligent 1-year-old pup! She is also deaf and mostly blind in her right eye. She already knows "sit," "down," "crawl," and is learning new cues every day. She especially loves to learn when treats are involved! She's house-trained and gets along great with other dogs. See'd be an ideal candidate as a second (or third) family dog.

"We know what you're thinking — if Juno is this awesome why hasn't she been adopted yet? Well, the truth is ... Juno just has SO. MUCH. ENERGY. We get tired just looking at her! All those smarts and all that energy equals a dog that can get herself into some "mischievous" situations if she gets bored (which she does very easily and often. Juno is looking for a fun-loving family who has a big backyard for her to run in, is excited to take on the challenge of a smart dog with tons of potential, and maybe even a doggie friend for Juno!"

Now that the Arlington County Animal Shelter has reopened for in-person visits, why not send an email to schedule an appointment to visit Juno during adoption hours?
