Police Arrest Naked Man Running Through Hotel Parking Lot

REPORTS

ROBBERY BY FORCE, 151104054, 1400 block of S. Joyce Street. At approximately 11:20 p.m. on November 4, a male subject snatched a 39 year-old female victims purse. He was later arrested attempting to break into multiple vehicles. Luis Alberto Gallo, 18, of Alexandria Va, was arrested and charged with robbery by force.

INDECENT EXPOSURE, 151105008, 2400 block of S. Glebe Road. At approximately 2:48 a.m. on November 5, a male subject was seen running through a hotel parking lot naked. The subject appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. Kyle Andrew Anderson, 24, of Dumfries Va, was arrested and charged with indecent exposure.

At approximately 2:00 p.m. on November 5, an unknown male subject attempted to steal two wallets but returned them after being confronted by a security guard. The suspect is described as a black male in his forties, with an average height and weight. He was wearing all black and had a black backpack at the time of the incident.
